I do not consider myself to be in the beauty industry.

Online Booking Confirmation:
If you do not receive a confirmation email, I DID NOT receive your booking so please ensure you complete this step and receive a confirmation email from my automated system!
Service Reservations:
Peak appointment times can sometimes book up weeks in advance, so I highly encourage clients to reserve service times early to ensure future booking times are available. With the Fresha online booking system, it's never been easier to book your treatment. New clients please text to book at
403-617-2512 to receive a gift at your first appointment. I ask kindly that you do not book directly online for your first appointment.
I love kids, but….
To maintain a relaxing and safe treatment at Gelous Spa I recommend leaving your little ones at home so you can enjoy your experience without worrying about them being in the room with you. You are more than welcome to bring your children with you, but your treatment may need to be modified because of interruptions and I want you to enjoy YOUR precious time alone.
Cancellation Policy:
Your courtesy is appreciated.
If you are unable to honour your reservation for any reason, please cancel your booking where you booked your appointment or text/call me directly at 403-617-2512.
Please cancel your appointment if you can’t make it as no shows will not be rebooked. Because I am so busy, I have a ZERO Tolerance policy for no shows and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. I respect you and your time and only ask for the same in return.
If illness or unforeseen circumstances occur, I will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided us when booking your appointment, so please use email addresses that you check frequently and provide cell numbers, not home or work numbers if possible please.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time - in fact a few minutes before your service start time. If you are running late I will need to modify your service in order to stay on schedule and it is unfair to my other clients.
If you have any concerns with a service, I encourage you to be open and communicate with me at the time of your treatment. If you have a concern after your service, please call or email me with your concern. If I don’t know, I can’t try and find a solution for you. I am here for you and your experience with me and as I strive to continue being the best home based spa in Calgary!
