Hey, I’m Helena, your personal guide to a world of relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of Calgary with a holistic and somatic twist!

Since 2008, after leaving the corporate world, I've dedicated myself to helping women in Calgary find their inner and outer beauty through professional and top notch spa services that are outside the societal norms.

I specialize in treatments for women over 40, offering a range of services from relaxation massages to deep tissue and reiki massages to advanced skincare solutions, all aimed at enhancing confidence and wellbeing for women the natural way (and the not so natural way).

As a specialist in anxiety and depression and stress relief through massage therapy (and facials), I provide a supportive, nurturing environment for all my clients and offer somatic therapy when you need to reach the deeper depths of your soul - this can be looking at generational or lifetime traumas to release blockages in the face and body.
 

My journey recently expanded to business coaching for Massage Therapists and Spa Professionals, sharing the knowledge and experience I've gained growing a successful business in the massage and beauty industry. Massage Entrepreneur Club doors are opening soon!
