Welcome to my flexible dieting page.  Anyone who has met me knows I have a huge passion for fitness and nutrition.

About 3 years ago I embarked on a style of eating that has been life changing.  Flexible dieting has changed my outlook on life, boosted my self esteem and my relationship with food.  In an effort to try and lose those last 10 pounds I found myself in a constant cycle of losing and gaining weight.  Yes I would reach my goal, but shortly after I would find myself back where I started with more weight to lose than when I started.  I was basically spinning my wheels, until I started flexible dieting through macro counting.

There is so much untruth when it comes to nutrition and diet in the media and it is time for you to learn the truth and break that cycle too.  How many of you have heard that you must eat keto..low carb, high fat, cut out gluten, cut out dairy, eating paleo?  Doing endless amounts of cardio to lose fat?  Sure it might work for the short term, but how has that worked out for you in the past?  It hasn’t!

You can break through this cycle and get to a place where you will be eating in a sustainable way for LIFE!  No more fad diets… you can finally start enjoying the foods you love again!

How can Macro Girl help?
Macronutrients are protein, fats and carbohydrates which ultimately equate to calories.  At first it can seem overwhelming, but you will soon be well on your way to understanding how it all works!  I have an Instagram account called hellymacrogirl where I post information about my meals, general life and fitness, so feel free to follow me there!

Benefits to Macro Counting
You will no longer demonize foods.  You can eat the foods you love without guilt and fear.  That includes the pizza, ice cream and any other foods you can think of that you have cut out or not enjoyed because of guilt or fear of gaining weight.  Many women fear carbs and this simply must stop.  Carbohydrates, along with the other macronutrients (fat and protein) are all equally important.

If you are fed up of being in that constant cycle of spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere with the way you are eating, then you need to stop and consider flexible dieting.
